OUR SERVICES - LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

The Department is headed by RICHARD JONES, Senior Partner of the Firm who has extensive experience in all fields of litigation (save clinical negligence work). Having been qualified for in excess of 25 years and a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel.

The type of work conducted by the Department includes road traffic accident with particular emphasis upon acting for taxi drivers and taxi owners, accidents at work or in the street.

Further, we also conduct claims against the Criminal Injury Compensation Authority.

The Department also deals with commercial litigation which includes the collection of debts, contract disputes and claims for professional negligence.

In addition, the Department holds a franchise/contract with the Legal Services Commission to pursue actions against the Police e.g. claims for assault, wrongful arrest, false imprisonment and malicious prosecution.
