OUR SERVICES - FAMILY LAW DEPARTMENT

Our family law department, headed by Sue Clements, a member of our Law Society Family Law Panel, offers a sympathetic approach to difficult personal problems arising out of the breakdown of relationships, children issues and domestic violence.

The wide experience of our department enables us to deal with all problems efficiently and promptly. As members of the Solicitors Family Law Association we aim to settle disputes by mediation and agreement wherever possible.

Public funding is still available subject to status, but regardless of whether you are publically funded or instructing us on a private fee paying basis, we will throughout conduct of your case ensure that we provide good value for money and keep you fully informed of the cost position. We also provide regular cost up-date together with progress reports and future cost estimates.
