OUR SERVICES - CRIMINAL DEPARTMENT

Yaffe Jackson Ostrin has a long standing reputation for expertise in the area of criminal defence work. Our Department deals with all aspects of criminal defence work, both in the Magistrates' Court and the Crown Court. Our Department enjoys a healthy reputation throughout the Merseyside area and beyond.

The department is headed by two partners, Danny Lupton and Mark Dallas. They are supported by Criminal Clerks, Fred Leyland and Kay Gladwell, together with an excellent team of Legal Secretaries. In addition, the department utilizes other Clerks for the purposes of representing clients who are arrested and require advice at Police Stations.
